Ornament, bårder och ytmönster (Ornament, borders and surfaces)

14 April kl. 10-16 at Smålands museum, Växjö

We look at old items from the museum collection and find inspiration in folklore. From that point of view we sketch on
new ideas for textile patterns and objects. I like to find inspiration from different areas and I think it is nice to find inspiration
locally. Sometimes I have a feeling that you have to travel far away to get new impressions, but I think you can find lots of
inspiration in your local museums and handicraft organizations library and collections.
